Plugs and sockets are important components of X-ray high voltage cables
X-ray high-voltage cables are three copper terminals cast on the bottom of the socket of X-ray high-voltage cables. A 1 cm deep hole is drilled in the middle of the terminal, so the plug and socket of the X-ray high voltage cable are well matched. The front end of the plug of the X-ray high voltage cable is equipped with three copper pins connected to the socket. There are wiring holes on the pins for welding the cable core wires. The copper trumpet is inserted into the inner end of the plug to be welded with the metal shield of the cable to form a good ground. X-ray high-voltage cable plug: its pins are die-cast on the side of the high-voltage plug head, and the roots of the pins are provided with small lead holes for passing through the conductive core wire and welding the conductor core wire to the root of the pin. To match the high-voltage plug, the bottom of the high-voltage cable socket will provide three copper terminals that match the high-voltage plug, and each terminal will have a round hole for inserting the power plug into the high-voltage plug. In order to improve the insulation strength of the X-ray high-voltage cable, the gap between the high-voltage cable and the high-voltage plug must be filled with high-voltage oil. The bottom of the high-voltage cable plug is also provided with a metal bell mouth, the purpose of which is to improve the distribution of the electric field generated by the ground and prevent the wiring between it and the ground from being too dense.
