Pull out force: the pull out force after plug and socket are inserted should not be less than 30N but not greater than 100N.
Reliability of 5m high voltage cable：
(1) plugs and sockets shall have a service life of not less than 1000 plugging times without being electrified;
(2) three core cable plug and socket in 70 kv (peak), 50 hz ac voltage, oil temperature 100 ℃ condition, electricity 200 h no breakdown phenomenon.
5m high voltage cable is connected to the high voltage generator and X-ray tube in large and medium-sized X-ray machines.The function is to send the high pressure output from the high voltage generator to the poles of the X-ray tube, and the heating voltage of the filament to the filament of the X-ray tube.
Secondly, attention should be paid to prevent excessive bending when using 5m high voltage cable. The bending radius shall not be less than 5-8 times of cable diameter to avoid cracks and reduce the insulation strength.In normal times, the rubber of 5m high voltage cable should be kept dry and clean to avoid the erosion of oil, moisture and harmful gas, so as to avoid the aging of rubber of 5m high voltage cable.
