The X-ray high-voltage cable is only encapsulated at one end X ray high voltage cable
A few days ago, a customer customized our X-ray high-voltage cable. The X ray high voltage cable is only encapsulated at one end, and the other end needs to receive their existing High voltage pulse equipment. The customer-made X-ray high-voltage cable is different from what we usually use.
Today, I asked the customer about the use of X ray high voltage cable. The customer said that it was not ideal, and there was a discharge phenomenon when the pulse work was about 45KV. Tell the customer to wipe them clean with alcohol before use. The plug and socket must be coated with high-voltage insulating silicone grease. The purpose of these is to prevent discharge caused by dirt. Then there is the phenomenon of discharge of X ray high voltage cable, not the cause of the cables, because we will do high-voltage resistance tests before leaving the factory. For 45KV, there will be no discharge. Let the customer do the cleaning work may be dirty. The customer said that the plug is okay. Later, we may provide you with cables of the same specifications. For your packaging, the cable should be harder than this. There should be no problems with DC 80KV, but cables that can work in the pulse state are really difficult to do.
