X-ray machine high-voltage cable oil leakage

High-voltage cables are essential parts of X-ray machines, DR, CT and other equipment. Once oil leaks or fires are found, they must be stopped and repaired and replaced. Otherwise, it may cause equipment damage or cause safety accidents and cause major losses. . Before replacing the high-voltage cable, be sure to purchase a new cable replacement that meets the voltage requirements. If the tube is 125kv, the high-voltage cable can be used with 75kv. If it is a 150kv tube, the high-voltage cable should be replaced with 90kv. Be sure to verify the voltage of your device, the length of the cable, whether the plug is a national standard plug, the number of cores, etc. before purchasing. Otherwise, it may not be matched and cannot be used.
The new high-voltage cable must be checked for correct length, whether the plug is the same size and specification, whether the cable sheath is damaged or broken, etc., and the high-voltage plug is slowly inserted into the socket of the tube after applying insulating silicone grease, and the contact of the plug must be aligned with the socket Otherwise, it cannot be installed in place. Just tighten the pressure ring screws after the plug is inserted. If possible, there are two screws at the bottom of the pressure ring to fix the pressure ring to prevent the pressure ring from moving back and forth, causing the plug to pull arc. In the same operation mode, just insert the high-voltage generator at the other end, and check whether the startup experiment is normal.
If the bulb is leaking oil, it may be due to the following reasons
1. The rotating anode does not rotate
The gap is too large after the rotating anode rotor is stuck or the bearing is worn out; the rotating anode stator coil is open or short-circuited.
2, glass bulb crack
The preheating of the bulb is insufficient or the bulb is overloaded.
3, high-pressure ignition in the pipe sleeve
Insulating oil is aging; insulation material is aging; there is residual gas or air leakage in the pipe sleeve.
4, pipe sleeve oil leakage
The seal is aging; the window is cracked.
5. Radiator
The oil pump is damaged; the motor coil is open or short-circuited; the bearing or the oil pump blade is damaged.
6, the fan burns out
The motor coil is open or short-circuited; the fan motor bearing is damaged.
7, the filter is blocked
There are too many impurities in the insulating oil.
8. High pressure ignition in the die
The metal in the tube core is damaged or vaporized, the vacuum is reduced, or the tube has been stored for too long.
9, the filament is open
Maybe the filament has reached the end of its service life or the tube usage conditions are high.
10, insufficient radiation
The tube core is loose; the anode target surface is cracked or the target surface is burned.
