A customer in Germany saw the high-voltage cable for X-ray machines promoted by our company on our company’s website and sent an email consultation. The customer asked whether the high-voltage cables for X-ray machines provided by our company can replace Clermond’s high-voltage cables, and if they can hope that we can send him relevant information and quotations for the high-voltage cables.
We replied to the customer’s e-mail attachment and sent the technical parameters and pictures of our conventional high-voltage cables, as shown in the figure below. And confirm to the customer that the model of the Clermont high-voltage cable needs to be replaced, so that the customer should send some photos to our engineers to confirm whether it can be replaced. In addition, the customer is required to confirm the length of the high-voltage cable required.
