How to repair and test high voltage cables

High-voltage cables are often twisted during use and are easily damaged by breakdown. Therefore, it is necessary for us to have a certain understanding of maintenance and testing of high-voltage cables.
The high-voltage cable is an important part of the X-ray machine, connected to the tube and the generator. But in actual use, how to judge the high-voltage breakdown of the X-ray machine’s high-voltage cable and the decrease of the tube vacuum, and how to do the maintenance and inspection of the high-voltage cable?
First remove the anode and cathode cable heads at the tube, hang them in the air and the cable head cannot be aligned with the metal, otherwise high-voltage discharge will occur. It is worth noting that the cathode must be unwound. If the cathode is not unwound after the anode is unwound, then When the anode is applied with high voltage, the filament is bright and will emit electrons to bombard the anode target surface, causing the anode target surface to be broken down or partially melted.
Perform a high-voltage power-on test under the condition of 75kV to observe whether the milliamp meter has an index. If it is full deviation, the cable breakdown is confirmed, or the anode high-voltage cable is pulled out from the high-voltage generator, and the exchange gate with the measuring bulb is connected to the perspective Part, the host chooses to work in the perspective part.
Our high-voltage cables can meet a variety of needs, please contact.
