Precautions for maintenance of high-voltage cables for imaging equipment

Today, I will explain to you the precautions for the maintenance of high-voltage cables for imaging equipment:
The rated voltage of the high-voltage cable: 75kvdc. Please keep the high voltage cable dry and clean during normal time. The cable operating temperature: 40~70 degrees. Avoid the erosion of oil, moisture and harmful gases to avoid rubber aging. When in use, the bending radius should not be less than 5-8 times the diameter of the high-voltage cable to avoid cracks and reduce the insulation strength. Wipe clean with alcohol before using high-voltage cables, and apply high-voltage insulating silicone grease to plugs and sockets. The purpose of this is to prevent dirt from causing discharge.
Newheek can currently produce 75kv and 90kv X-ray high-voltage cables. The number of plugs and cores can be customized. The cores are filled with epoxy resin, and the PBT plugs have high insulation performance and can accept high-voltage tests. The X-ray high voltage cables commonly used by our company are divided into 8m, 12m, 15m, and 20m. At the same time, customers can customize different line lengths (2m, 4m, 5m, 6m…50m). Products are exported to Europe, America, Asia, Africa and Latin America and other countries.
Our products mainly include X-ray image intensifiers, X-ray vertical film frames, X-ray exposure hand brake switches, beam limiters, high-voltage cables, high-voltage power supplies, photographic flat beds, etc. If you have similar needs, welcome
