The high-voltage cable itself has oil
The high-voltage cable is an important component connecting the high-voltage generator and the X-ray tube head in the digital X-ray machine, and its function is to send the high voltage output by the high-voltage generator to the two poles of the X-ray tube, and send the heating voltage of the filament to the filament of the X-ray tube.
If there is oil in the high-voltage cable itself, it may be that the ambient temperature has increased, and the plasticizer and other materials added in the high-voltage cable sheath have slightly overflowed. If the oil overflows a small amount, it will have no effect on the quality of the high-voltage cable, and it will be fine when the temperature drops.
If there is oil in the high-voltage cable itself, the oil is external. As long as it is not immersed in the oil, some oil stains on the surface can be tolerated by the general cable and do not need to be treated.
In another case, the high-voltage cable itself has oil, which may be caused by oil leakage in the plug of the high-voltage cable. The plug of the high-voltage cable is filled with insulating silicone grease. The role of filling insulating silicone grease is insulation, lubrication and moisture-proof sealing. Silicone grease is used to lubricate the interface when making high-voltage cable heads, which is convenient for installation. At the same time, it can fill the air gap of the interface, eliminate corona and isolate dust, and avoid short circuit due to dust entering.
If there is oil leakage from the plug of the high-voltage cable, be sure to stop using it immediately and perform maintenance and replacement.
