The high-voltage secondary distribution parameters of the X-ray machine mainly include the distributed parameters of the secondary winding of the high-voltage transformer and the distributed capacitance of the high-voltage cable, among which the distributed capacitance of the high-voltage cable occupies a considerable proportion. Abnormal working conditions of the high-voltage cable or changes in its parameters will have a relatively large impact on the detection circuit, high-voltage waveform and filament heating circuit, thereby affecting the output parameters of the X-ray machine.
High-voltage cables will have a greater impact on the main performance indicators of the medical X-ray machine, especially the intermediate frequency X-ray machine. Some intermediate frequency X-ray machines store the cable length as reference data in the computer. When replacing the high-voltage cable, modify the reference data, and then the computer system completes the correction of the relevant circuit parameters of the X-ray machine. Therefore, in the maintenance work of the X-ray machine, it is of great significance to properly handle the high-voltage cables.
