Recently, I received an email from a customer saying that their X-ray machine was out of order. The image from the customer was that the cable plug of the high-voltage cable was damaged (as shown in the figure below).

This situation is very dangerous because the cable plug of the high-voltage cable is a vulnerable part. It is easy to leak high-voltage or ignite when it is damaged. It is recommended that the customer directly replace the whole high-voltage cable. If the customer does not replace the high-voltage cable for a long time, the leakage of high-voltage or ignition will cause great harm to the X-ray high-voltage generator, The worst is to burn out the high-voltage generator directly. If so, it will not be worth the loss. We must remember that if this happens, please replace the high-voltage cable immediately
